Services

Contact me through email, twitter, Instagram or Discord (preferred)
Please provide a clear reference for the character.
Including : Several screenshots of the desired character/turnaround, explanation of desired pose, or even a stickman doodle to show what the client want.
You will be given 2-3 rough sketches to determine the composition. At this stage, 3 major revisions are allowed, so feel free to give any feedback. After this stage only minor revision is allowed.
After you choose one, I will proceed to refine the sketch and give you a lighting sketch to determine the whole mood. 2 revisions are allowed at this stage without touching the overall composition.
During the coloring/painting until the final stage, I will send a lot of updates. The number of minor revisions will be limited to 2.
There will be an extra fee of 10USD for each minor revisions that exceed the quota. If you ask for major revisions after the thumbnailing stage, the price will be the price of the whole commission, so please make use of the thumbnailing process well.
Breakdown:

General Terms

There will be additional prices for weapon, armor, jewelry, complicated costume, elaborate background, animal companion, etc (Feel free to ask if you're unsure).
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Urgent/rushed commissions with limited time or short deadline will cost extra, please contact me for further information.
If you have a different commission type that isn't stated here, feel free to contact me.

Payment

Payment is through Paypal in USD
Payment must be received in full before I begin the work.
Half payment only available for order above 150 USD. The other half should be paid after the confirmation of the lighting sketch.
The slot will be given AFTER the payment is made, not after I confirmed the order and price.

Process & Delivery

It may take me 4 days - 3 weeks to finish the commission, depending on the complexity of the commission, health, or family issues. (Will be informed)
The final version will be send to you through e-mail or google drive.
You will get:
- The final high-res image without watermark in png format.
- Low-res version in jpeg format with watermark.

Please only post the watermark version on your social media and give proper credit to me.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The client is not allowed a refund once the payment is made.
If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.

I, Ivertryst (the artist):

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will not claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client break any of the terms.
I reserve the rights to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as artbooks in a smaller resolution of the original file, but it is possible for the client to request to keep the commissioned artwork private and unpublished.

You, the client/commissioner:

You may use the copyrighted artworks for personal use only unless stated otherwise.
Print the artwork for yourself and claim rights to your character(s) and not the commissioned artwork itself.
You MAY NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes UNLESS having purchased the Commercial Rights to the artwork.
The client has no right to mint an NFT of their commission.
The client is not authorized to upload their commission onto any AI sites or to use their commission to train any AI/ML models.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

If you profit off the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, prints, etc) UNLESS having purchased the Commercial Rights to the artwork.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Altering the artwork without my consent.

Price varies depending on the complexity of the background and the number of characters. Due to the complexity of this type, it'll be pushed to the bottom of the list and will take me some time to finish.
